Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a course with LMA Training. By registering for a course, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Places on our courses can be booked through our website, by email or by telephone. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from LMA Training, together with the relevant course details, including date, venue, timings and any pre-course information.
Full payment (or an approved purchase order) may be required at the time of booking, depending on the course and customer type.
At LMA Training, we are committed to delivering scheduled courses regardless of the number of registered participants. All courses will proceed even with only one registered participant, in which case the training will be delivered as a one-to-one session at no additional cost.
Participants who prefer group-based training should inform LMA Training in advance of the course start date. Where possible, we will offer the option to transfer to a future course with more participants, subject to availability.
Please note that a course will not be cancelled solely because of low participant numbers, and one-to-one delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Our courses are designed as intensive five-day programmes, and participants are expected to attend the full course (all five days and full daily sessions).
There are no exceptions to this requirement, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing with the participant’s company in advance.
In the case of exceptional circumstances, such as illness or other serious matters, any absence must be communicated to LMA Training immediately and the approval of the participant’s company must be obtained.
LMA Training reserves the right to make changes to course content, trainers, venues or dates where necessary. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
Participants must ensure they meet any pre-course requirements (e.g. identification, prior qualifications or physical fitness) as specified in the course information. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide accurate information at the time of booking and to inform us of any medical conditions or additional support needs that may affect their participation.
Certificates are issued to participants who successfully complete the course and meet the required assessment criteria. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their name is entered correctly at the time of booking. Replacement certificates may be subject to an administrative fee.
LMA Training will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by participants, except where caused by our negligence. Participants attend our courses at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal belongings.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
