SIRE 2.0 Familiarization Training course in Amsterdam

SIRE 2.0 is OCIMF’s digitalised tanker inspection programme, developed to provide a more risk-based, vessel-specific and human-factor-aware inspection process. It uses operator-supplied vessel information and a question compiler to generate a Compiled Vessel Inspection Questionnaire (CVIQ) for each inspection.

This SIRE 2.0 Familiarization training course by LMA provides a practical familiarization with the SIRE 2.0 framework, operator inputs, question types, inspection phases, human-performance considerations, inspection reporting and the actions required to maintain effective vessel readiness.

This familiarization course does not constitute OCIMF SIRE Inspector accreditation and does not authorise participants to conduct SIRE inspections on behalf of an OCIMF submitting company.
