Inert Gas Generator (IGG) Training course in Istanbul

How can tanker operators maintain safe cargo tank atmospheres while meeting international maritime safety standards? Inert Gas Generator (IGG) systems play a critical role in preventing fires and explosions during tanker cargo operations by maintaining safe oxygen levels and positive tank pressure.

The Inert Gas Generator (IGG) training course by LMA provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of IGG system design, operation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency response, and compliance with international regulations, including SOLAS, ISGOTT, and OCIMF requirements.

Through practical operational scenarios and industry case studies, participants will strengthen their ability to operate IGG systems safely, monitor oxygen and pressure parameters, perform routine maintenance and fault diagnosis, respond effectively to alarms and emergencies, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient tanker cargo operations.
